چکیده
Foodborne disease is a global threat that can affect all sections of society, both in developed or developing countries . Bacillus cereus Gram-positive bacteria cause food poisoning humans. [2] Real-Time PCR detection method one the molecular marker methods has been widely recognized as fast, reliable, sensitive and specific tool for detecting pathogenic bacteria. In previous studies, optimum condition formulas applied cyt-K 2 primer pairs have obtained using PCR. The purpose this study to find out best conditions work pair on target variations pre-denaturation time concentration with method. annealing temperature used at 60°C sample 50 ng/µL B. Real-time minute 4 10 pmol successfully amplifying by producing Ct value 13.04. Based results study, were reproducible gene further step, research be continued prototype kit foodborne pathogen

متن کاملReal-time damage detection of bridges using adaptive time-frequency analysis and ANN
Although traditional signal-based structural health monitoring algorithms have been successfully employed for small structures, their application for large and complex bridges has been challenging due to non-stationary signal characteristics with a high level of noise. In this paper, a promising damage detection algorithm is proposed by incorporation of adaptive signal processing and Artificial...
متن کاملCoamplification at lower denaturation temperature-PCR increases mutation-detection selectivity of TaqMan-based real-time PCR.
BACKGROUND DNA genotyping with mutation-specific TaqMan(R) probes (Applied Biosystems) is broadly used in detection of single-nucleotide polymorphisms but is less so for somatic mutations because of its limited selectivity for low-level mutations. We recently described coamplification at lower denaturation temperature-PCR (COLD-PCR), a method that amplifies minority alleles selectively from mix...
متن کاملReal-time PCR detection chemistry.
Real-time PCR is the method of choice in many laboratories for diagnostic and food applications. This technology merges the polymerase chain reaction chemistry with the use of fluorescent reporter molecules in order to monitor the production of amplification products during each cycle of the PCR reaction. Thus, the combination of excellent sensitivity and specificity, reproducible data, low con...
